Elect a criminal to the highest office in the land, expect a crime spree. Put a wannabe authoritarian in the White House, expect him to surround himself with incompetent bootlickers. The inevitable result is corruption, idiocy, pain, and suffering.

More problems are created, and existing ones are ignored. Accelerants are added to the climate crisis. Homelessness worsens. Infectious disease and hate spread. The inequality gap widens, as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, and other social protections are gutted so the superwealthy can pay less in taxes. Innocent people are detained and deported without due process because they are brown, believe Palestinians shouldn’t be indiscriminately slaughtered, have a tattoo MAGAs don’t like, or said something that upset the Mad King.

The regime’s Department of Education launched a website for Americans to rat out diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at their local public schools.

We are being governed by criminal snowflakes with Nazi vibes.

The regime has ignored more than a dozen court orders. The Mad King decides what laws should be applied, and to whom. He controls what should be taught, read, and said. The regime ordered Columbia University to oust the leadership of an academic department and told university officials they must immediately place its Middle Eastern, South Asian, and African Studies Department under “academic receivership for a minimum of five years.”

These MAGA demands were among several described as conditions for receiving federal funding, including $400 million already pulled over allegations of antisemitism.

In November 2022, the Mad King invited Kanye West, who a few days prior had made a series of antisemitic statements, and far-right loudmouth Nick Fuentes, a Holocaust-denying white nationalist, to dine with him at Mar-a-Lago. West’s hateful statements and Fuentes’ history of racist and antisemitic remarks are fine, because they bow to the king.

During his 2016 campaign, the Mad King tossed a word salad when asked to denounce the Ku Klux Klan after he was endorsed by the group’s former leader, saying he didn’t “know anything about David Duke.”

A year later, after Neo-Nazis, KKK members, and other white supremacists marched through the University of Virginia campus carrying torches and terrorizing the community with chants of “Blood and soil” and “Jews will not replace us,” the Mad King blamed both sides for the hate.

A Nazi-saluting Muskrat is a regime power broker, because he gave MAGA campaigns hundreds of millions. This month he reposted the following on his hate-mongering social media dump: “Stalin, Mao, and Hitler didn’t murder millions of people. Their public sector employees did.”

MAGA darling Marjorie Taylor Greene implied California wildfires were started in large part by a Jewish space laser. She has shared a video repeating the antisemitic claim that Zionist supremacists are conspiring to flood Europe with migrants to replace the white populations there. She has claimed that the Rothschild family — the one with the space laser — and MAGA’s Jewish bogeyman, George Soros, are involved in a plot against Trump.

Sure, punishing Columbia University is about antisemitism. If Columbia University was truly an antisemitic hotbed, the Mad King and his minions would be singing its praises.

MAGAs, led by Muskrat, brag about all the fraud they have allegedly uncovered by flailing away at the nation’s social safety nets. Besides boastful claims that are far more fraudulent than fact, little to no evidence has been provided and no arrests have been made, most likely because the superwealthy commit much more fraud than those the regime enjoys vilifying — federal employees, experts, persons of color, the unhoused, low-wealth families, and transgender people.

MAGA chucklehead Rick Scott, before he became the governor of Florida and then a U.S. senator, was the CEO of Columbia/HCA Hospital. The facility was fined $1.7 billion for ripping off Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs. At the time, it was the largest health care fraud case in U.S. history.

Despite being the hospital’s chief executive officer, Scott was never held responsible. Having dodged accountability in that legal matter, the rich, entitled white guy — Scott’s net worth is estimated at about $550 million — believes Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a woman of color, should be jailed for simply notifying her New York constituents about their rights under the Constitution.

“It sure seems like she’s violating the law,” Scott told Russian asset Benny Johnson earlier this month. “If she’s done something wrong, I hope Tom Homan does his job and prosecutes her to the full extent of the law.”

Homan, the regime’s border czar, has no prosecutorial authority. The only thing MAGAs know about the law is that they should be allowed to break it.

The regime has begun a new phase in its immigration purge — one that goes well beyond the mass deportation of immigrants in the country illegally, according to some recent New York Times reporting and plain common sense.

Homan’s storm troopers have arrested a Georgetown University academic outside his home in Virginia. They detained two German tourists for weeks when they tried to enter the country legally through the southern border. A Canadian national said she was detained and put “in chains” when officers flagged her visa paperwork. A 28-year-old from Wales on a backpacking trip across North America was held in U.S. custody for 19 days. She was reportedly put in “leg chains, waist chains, and handcuffs” because of a misunderstanding about her visitor visa.

The Gestapo has knocked on doors at Columbia University apartments in search of pro-Palestinian protesters. A French scientist was prevented from entering the country, because, according French officials, U.S. Border Patrol agents found messages in which the scientist expressed his “personal opinion” to colleagues and friends about the Mad King’s science policies.

A New Hampshire man with a green card was detained by Homan’s hooligans at Logan Airport in Boston and held by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at the Donald W. Wyatt detention facility in Central Falls, R.I. He was reportedly “violently interrogated” for hours, and after being stripped naked, put in a cold shower by two goons.

On Tuesday plainclothes secret police detained a Tufts University student who is a Turkish national. She is a student in the university’s doctoral program for Child Study and Human Development, and graduated with a master’s degree from the Teachers College at Columbia University.

The woman’s attorney said Wednesday she didn’t know where her client is and hasn’t been able to contact her. A federal judge in Boston ordered Immigration and Customs Enforcement not to remove the student from Massachusetts without prior notice. The student had reportedly voiced support for the pro-Palestinian movement at Tufts, by co-authoring an op-ed in The Tufts Daily. She has since been sent to a detention facility in Louisiana. (Here is a video of her being taken into custody.)

They detained and then deported Dr. Rasha Alawieh, a kidney transplant specialist and professor at Brown University who was trying to return to the United States after visiting relatives in Lebanon. She held a valid visa and a court order blocking her removal. The regime claimed they found “sympathetic photos and videos of prominent Hezbollah figures” in her phone and that she attended the funeral for the leader of Hezbollah in February.

The Mad King invokes the Alien Enemy Act of 1798 to send anyone that fits the description of a Venezuelan gang member to a maximum-security prison in El Salvador.

Last week the regime ignored yet another court order, this one from James Boasberg, a U.S. District Court judge, to turn planes carrying deportees around.

“I don’t care what the judges think. I don’t care what the left thinks. We’re coming,” Homan told Fox Propaganda. The next day, the Mad King called for the judge to be impeached, labeling him a “radical left lunatic.”

House MAGAs immediately introduced resolutions to impeach Boasberg and four other judges who have ruled against their king. Muskrat has repeatedly called for impeaching judges, and is donating to Republicans in Congress who have supported doing so.

One of the foundational pillars of American government is that the judicial branch interprets the law and the other branches abide by its rulings. The Mad King and his lickspittles think they live in Russia, North Korea, or some other tyrannical outpost.

Last month MAGA lackey Kim Reynolds, the governor of Iowa, signed a bill that struck gender identity from the state’s civil rights law, making Iowa the first to remove civil rights from a previously protected class. Like her king, she spouted a bunch of lies to defend the hate.

Before recently being named interim U.S. attorney for New Jersey, Alina Habba, the Mad King’s one-time personal lawyer, told Fox Propaganda that foreign students aren’t allowed to “hand out pamphlets in our country and try to infiltrate those terroristic thoughts … and if you bring that into our country, you can get the hell out.”

Secretary of State Marco Rubio defended the regime’s deportation of students by saying they were “creating a ruckus.”

Yet, if you ransack the U.S. Capitol, smear feces on its walls, and attack the law enforcement officials charged with protecting the building and the people in it, you receive a Mad King pardon and MAGAs call you a normal tourist.

This regime is the very definition of a kakistocracy.

Habba, who was sanctioned for filing a bogus lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, previously held the position of general counsel for her second husband’s parking garage company. In July 2021 she represented a former member of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” who alleged that Facebook had disabled her account for wishing Melania Trump a happy birthday. Habba wrote a letter to Facebook. The company ignored it.

Habba and her fellow MAGAs like to label students protesting for Palestinian rights Hamas supporters. They are no shades of gray in MAGA world. Just red.

People with disabilities also aren’t safe from this hateful regime. Laws passed and guidelines adopted to support them are being wiped away. Multiple pages have been scrubbed from the Americans with Disabilities Act website because of a Mad King executive order.

Among the pages removed included one that explained how retail businesses are required to have accessible features and another on customer service practices for hotel and lodging guests with disabilities.

The regime’s “justice department” called the guidance “unnecessary and outdated.” A March 19 press release titled “Justice Department Announces Actions to Combat Cost-of-Living Crisis” noted that “Avoiding confusion and reducing the time spent understanding compliance may allow businesses to deliver price relief to consumers.”

The Americans with Disabilities Act is a 1990 law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in various aspects of public life, including employment, transportation, and accommodations.

Admittedly, I’m not a MAGA intellectual, but how will making the lives of people with disabilities more difficult lower gasoline and egg prices?

When he’s not diminishing the needs of people with disabilities, the Mad King is working to take over who can vote. He recently signed an executive order that sidesteps the congressional approval process, in an attempt to restrict voting rights. The odorous order claims the United States “fails to enforce basic and necessary election protections.” That only happens, of course, when the Mad King loses an election.

Election and legal expects say a president doesn’t have the authority to make those changes, which likely conflict with federal voting laws. Voting rights advocates worry the order could block millions of Americans from voting.

The regime’s harassment of specific groups, in fact, has no limits. Community climate work is in the Mad King’s crosshairs. The FBI has moved to criminalize groups such as Habitat for Humanity, the Appalachian Community Capital Corporation, the Coalition for Green Capital, and the DC Green Bank for receiving grants from the Environmental Protection Agency under the Biden administration.

Citibank revealed in a March 12 court filing that it was told to freeze the groups’ bank accounts at the FBI’s request. MAGAs allege the groups are involved in “possible criminal violations,” including “conspiracy to defraud the United States.”

Since MAGAs believe the climate crisis is a hoax, these nonprofits, according to Mad King logic, must be committing fraud. Also, every MAGA accusation is a guilty plea.

Note: This month I started writing two columns a week to keep up with the never-ending corruption and shenanigans that spew forth from the White House. While I will continue to address the regime’s ongoing assaults on democracy, marginalized communities, and the natural world, this is my last week of two columns. I’m rearranging my time to focus on other important issues, via opinions and stories.
