The Green Infrastructure Center is partnering with the City of Woonsocket to host a public Open House to discuss opportunities and challenges to growing the city’s tree cover. Attendees will select their favorite strategies to optimize the potential for trees to reduce urban heat, manage flooding, and improve community health. Anyone who lives or works in Woonsocket is invited. Registration is encouraged, but not required.
