Greg Gerritt will lead three walks this spring, all focused on urban wild animals in Providence. All of the walks are free of charge and will go from 9-10:30 a.m. The May 10 and June 6 walks will be at Blackstone Park and along the Seekonk River. Participants should meet at the Blackstone Park kiosk near the corner of Parkside and East Orchard at 9 a.m. The May 23 walk, as part of Cemetery Month, will focus on urban wildlife in the North Burial Ground. Participants should meet at 9 a.m. at Ridgeside Lake in the North Burial Ground. Registration for the walks are not required, but it helps for planning purposes.
