Join us for the launch of the second edition of the Spanish for Environmental Justice Series, where local activists will discuss the most pressing environmental challenges in our communities and strategies for addressing them. Ana Duque, founder of The Heal Room—a local zero-waste refill store and wellness space—will explore how mindfulness and conscious consumption intersect with environmental justice. Her talk will focus on the impact of consumer habits on marginalized communities in Rhode Island, offering insights into sustainable practices that promote both personal and planetary well-being. This series of talks is conducted in Spanish and are open to the public.
