Join Groundwork Southcoast for a special day of community, connection, and tree planting. The day will start off with a brief groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate and celebrate a collaborative effort to increase tree canopy in New Bedford’s North End. After that, attendees will be given a brief tree planting training and can pitch in by helping to plant in the park.
