The Rhode Island Flood Mitigation Association (RIFMA) invites state and municipal staff and officials, consultants, nonprofit leaders, and other professionals in the flood management or environmental industry to join us for our 2026 annual conference, which brings together nearly 200 attendees from a broad range of professions to address the many issues associated with managing flood risk, making communities more sustainable, and protecting floodplains and natural resources.
