The Rhode Island Historical Cemeteries Awareness and Preservation Weeks, held throughout April and May, are offering a number of free public programs and volunteer opportunities, tours, themed walks, hikes, clean-ups, talks, and exhibits. The events are organized by R.I. Advisory Commission on Historical Cemeteries and R.I. Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission. Events will be held throughout the state.
