Applications are now being accepted to attend the 2023 Youth Leadership Retreat, an annual event hosted by the Rhode Island Environmental Education Association (RIEEA), on Nov. 4 at the Providence Public Library. This event is free for Rhode Island youth, ages 14 through 24. Lunch will be provided and transportation costs will be fully reimbursed. The event focuses on bringing young people together to inspire and build the capacity of a diverse and representative group of young people to become leaders and advocates for environmental justice in their communities through environmental education.
