“Tiny + Wild,” a book about building a small-scale meadow anywhere, was written by Rhode Island native and University of Rhode Island Department of Landscape Architecture alum Graham Gardner. Gardner will give two free talks on the book, one at 11 a.m. and one at 1 p.m. Each talk will be followed by a book signing. Before or after the talks, attendees are encouraged to tour the visitor center’s native plant gardens.
