SUMMARY:SCLT's Annual Rare & Unusual Plant Sale
DESCRIPTION:The Rare & Unusual Plant Sale returns in 2025 for its 33rd year at City Farm and will feature 20\,000 city-grown\, city-sown vegetable\, herb\, and fruit plants\, including a wide variety of medicinals. All plant starts are grown with love\, using organic and regenerative practices\, from seed in our greenhouse at City Farm\, Rhode Island’s longest operating urban production and demonstration farm. The Rare & Unusual Plant Sale also featured hundreds of sought-after native perennials carefully curated and generously donated by local nurseries. Enjoy live music both days. Admission is free. There will be a special preview hour at 9 a.m. May 17 for Land Trust members\, who will also receive a 10% discount on purchases. Learn more about membership and sign up here: https://www.southsideclt.org/member-benefits/ Plant sale proceeds support Southside Community Land Trust’s mission and work to build equity and resiliency into Rhode Island’s food system.
