Come to a workshop on green buildings, both in your life and in your town. This workshop will review programs available to homeowners and building owners to offset the cost of going green. Green, energy-efficient and net-zero buildings reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save money on energy bills, but understanding the range of opportunities available for retrofitting buildings and building green from the start can be overwhelming. Presenters from Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse’s office and from state agencies will discuss programs available to Rhode Islanders.
