SUMMARY:Rhode to Regenerative: From Forest to Sea
DESCRIPTION:Join us to discuss agroforestry\, ocean farming\, and land-to-sea connection at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston. Farmers\, researchers\, business leaders\, investors\, practitioners\, and policymakers will discuss marine farming\, the relationships between terrestrial and marine farming operations\, and how to can build further beneficial bridges between them. With a focus on the Northeast\, presenters will talk through everything it takes to establish a successful silvopasture operation\, from investment to implementation; overcoming barriers to agroforestry and ocean farming; and how biodiversity can be a tool in farming.
