SUMMARY:Orchard Care Workshop: Tree Crop Harvest
DESCRIPTION:Efficiently harvesting tree crops such as chestnuts is not as simple and straightforward a process as harvesting smaller annual plants like tomatoes. This course will teach attendees how to assess fruit ripeness\, how to efficiently harvest tree crops and how to pack and prepare them for sale and distribution. Each of these classes can be taken à la carte or together as a skill-building series. All classes are $35 with discounts offered for signing up for the whole series.
