This class is held indoors\, rain or shine. The workshop focuses on the traditional Bokashi method\, which uses bacteria\, yeast\, and other beneficial microorganisms to ferment food waste. This user-freindly fermentation process makes breakdown faster and is apartment-friendly. Participants should bring an airtight container that can hold at least 4 cups. If you want to make a fermenter\, bring two buckets that fit easily inside one another and a tight-fitting lid. This event is part of Lil Rhody Compost Week.
